SUSTAINABILITY(1) Year Ended December 31, 2025. Written premium represents the premium underwritten by us for all Capacity Providers on a year of account basis. Written Premium is a metric that indicates the scale and growth of the business, consistent with its use in the insurance industry. It includes estimates based on information received from (re)insureds and brokers. Written Premium includes reinstatement premiums received. (2) Lead Underwriter means one or more underwriters that, pursuant to the relevant policy and/or related documentation, is identified as being one or more of the following: claims lead, slip lead, claims agreement party, agreement party to special acceptance, and agreement party to contract changes. (3) We define Adjusted EBITDA as Net Income (the most directly comparable U.S. GAAP financial measure) before (i) interest expense, net, (ii) income tax expense / (benefit), (iii) depreciation, (iv) amortization, and (v) stockbased compensation expenses and further adjusted for other non-cash or non-reoccurring items including, (i) other (income) / expense, net, (ii) net (gain) / loss on equity securities, (iii) share in Syndicate (income) / loss and (iv) interest income.
