  • Nadia Beckert
    GROUP HEAD OF PROPERTY REINSURANCE

    Nadia is Group Head of Property Reinsurance at The Fidelis Partnership. Nadia joined Fidelis Insurance in 2021 from Willis Re where she led the London desk handling German, Austrian and Swiss client reinsurance business. Nadia was also responsible for Willis Re’s International Alternative Capital Practice Group. In her role she managed global accounts as well as regional clients with a focus on German speaking markets. Nadia has a strong technical background, obtaining a diploma degree in Mathematics from the University of Leipzig and qualifying as an actuary with the German Institute of Actuaries in 2019.

    Ben is Head of Reinsurance Business Development at The Fidelis Partnership. Ben has worked in the London market for eight years in a number of roles including actuarial, broking and underwriting. He joined Fidelis Insurance from London ILS Fund Leadenhall Capital Partners, where he was responsible for Retro, ILW and Specialty Investments as well as leading the company's analytical work. Before then, Ben worked in the Aon Benfield Retro team, providing pricing and structuring support for brokers.

  • Kevin Adams

    Kevin Adams
    HEAD OF US TREATY PRODUCTION

    Kevin is Head of US Treaty Production at Fidelis MGU, having over 15 years of US reinsurance experience.  Kevin joined Fidelis in 2017 as a US Treaty Underwriter after starting his career at Guy Carpenter in Philadelphia with a focus on the US mutual marketplace.  Kevin brings a vast range of experience, having began his career in catastrophe modelling and exposure analytics before transitioning treaty broking and ultimately onto underwriting.

  • Jack Jarvis

    Jack Jarvis

    Jack is Senior Underwriter in the International Reinsurance team at The Fidelis Partnership. Jack joined the company in 2024 from Canopius in London where he underwrote a wide range of international reinsurance business. Jack graduated from the University of Birmingham with a degree in Economics and Geography.

  • Paget Hengesbaugh

    Paget is an Assistant Underwriter at The Fidelis Partnership. Paget Hengesbaugh joined Fidelis Insurance in 2020 as an Underwriting Assistant for the International and North American property teams. Paget graduated from university in 2019 with a Masters in International Business. After graduating university, she was employed by Renaissance Re in finance and operation roles, and previously interned at Tokio Millennium Re for 3 years.

    UNDERWRITER

    James joined The Fidelis Partnership in 2023 as an Underwriter on the Specialty team. James joined Fidelis from Validus Re where he was responsible for providing pricing analytics for Marine, Energy and Property treaties. Prior to this, James was responsible for providing actuarial support across pricing and reserving within the Aerospace division at AIG. James has a strong technical background, qualifying as an Associate Actuary (AIA) with the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in 2023. James graduated from the University of Kent with First class honors in Actuarial Science.

  • Mykal Glasgow

    Mykal Glasgow
    UNDERWRITING ASSISTANT

    Mykal is an Underwriting Assistant on the US Property Treaty team, joining in January 2022. Mykal graduated from Thomas College in the class of 2020 with a bachelors degree in Business Administration.  Prior to joining The Fidelis Partnership, he worked as a youth basketball trainer and watersports instructor. Mykal is also a member for the Bermuda Men's National Basketball Team.

    Asia joined The Fidelis Partnership in 2023 as an Underwriting Graduate on the Specialty RI team. Asia graduated from the University of Kent with a BSc (Hons) in Financial Economics. Throughout her studies, Asia completed internships at Resolution Life, Chubb and AIG both in Actuarial and Underwriting roles.

    Kayla joined The Fidelis Partnership in 2023 as an Underwriting Graduate on the International Property Treaty underwriting team. Kayla graduated from university in 2023 with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at Acadia University, Nova Scotia. During her studies, Kayla gained experience interning at Liberty Specialty Markets, where she worked on the Special Risk Underwriting team.
