Fidelis Raises Capital with Strategic Investor

HAMILTON, BERMUDA— 14 July 2021— Fidelis Insurance Holdings Limited (“Fidelis”) is pleased to announce that The Travelers Companies, Inc. (“Travelers”) has made a strategic minority investment in Fidelis.   

Fidelis is a leading insurance and reinsurance business, operating a Three Pillar strategy across Bespoke, Reinsurance and Specialty, together with its fee income business supporting the three pillars, Socium.  The Three Pillar model provides Fidelis with diversified income streams which allow the Company to target the most profitable opportunities across the insurance cycle.
