The Fidelis Partnership Syndicate (Syndicate 3123) was launched in collaboration with the Fidelis Insurance Group, and Hampden Agencies, the largest provider of private capital to Lloyd's.
The Fidelis Partnership Syndicate underwrite across multiple insurance and reinsurance classes including contract frustration and political risk, credit, property catastrophe, political violence, marine and aviation.

Daniel is Active Underwriter, Syndicate 3123 at The Fidelis Partnership. Daniel joined Fidelis Insurance in June 2023 after 10 years at AXA XL where he was latterly Global Head of the Crisis Management divsion. Prior to joing AXA XL, Daniel was a terrorism underwriter at Hiscox and began his career at Willis.

Hannah Charnaud
DEPUTY ACTIVE UNDERWRITER
Hannah is Deputy Head of Marine at The Fidelis Partnership and Deputy Active Underwriter for The Fidelis Partnership Syndicate. Hannah joined Fidelis Insurance in 2018 and has worked across several Bespoke & Specialty Lines of business, as well as Property Reinsurance. Prior to joining Fidelis Insurance, Hannah completed the Lloyd’s graduate scheme and holds a BA degree in Spanish and Portuguese from the University of Manchester.

Alastair Lauder
INTERIM CFO
Alastair joins as interim CFO for Syndicate 3123. He was previously Chief Actuary at a run-off player and prior to that spent over 15 years working in the Lloyd’s market in Actuarial, Finance and analytics capacities. He brings a focus on analytics and systems to the CFO role and is passionate about all things data.
